I have recently self-published my first cookery book, My Relationship with Food, which features 100 delicious, nourishing and seasonal recipes; all gluten-free. My cookbook isn't an ordinary cookbook. Yes, there are delicious recipes, gorgeous photos and clear instructions. But that's where the similarity ends. This book is personal. It's my story of how I've been able to manage my relationship with food.
