About Emporio Clothing

Emporio Clothing, the fine men's suits, shirts and dress shoes New York landmark, was founded by two college buddies in 1988. The first store located off Thirteenth Avenue and 50th street in Brooklyn was less than 600 sq. feet and crammed with merchandise. In 1990, the store moved to a larger space around the corner onto the avenue. And, slowly expanded taking over adjoining stores to allow for an expanded men's suit department, an outerwear department, and a new boys department. In 2006, Emporio opened its second store located in Cedarhurst, Long Island. In 2008 Emporio added a shoe department to all it's stores. Our newest stores are located in Lakewood NJ and Bergen County, NJ. With attention to detail, value, and customer service Emporio has grown to five stores. Today, Emporio has over 45 employees. Each of our stores has a fully stocked boy's department and shoe department. You can find labels such as Vertu, Canali, Citterio, Hugo Boss, Trafalgar, Jack Victor, Tallia and more. Our stores carry a wide selection of suits in all sizes including hard to find. Each of our locations has a fully staffed tailor shop to expertly tailor your new garment.
