Originally from Mexico City, chef Becky Sandler showed a special interest in healthy cooking since 2002 when she began her training at the Cordon Bleu school in Paris. Later, she took courses with well-known chefs Guillermo González Beristáin, Antonio Marquez and Thierry Blouet. In addition, her career was enriched with the different diplomas taken at the Roccatti Center for Culinary Studies, diplomas in Italian cuisine, haute cuisine, nutritious bakery.
